Job Description:

We're looking for a data-driven and strategic
SEO Expert
to boost our
brand's online visibility
, increase organic traffic, and drive qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of
search engine algorithms
,
keyword strategy
,
technical SEO
, and
content optimization
tailored to competitive B2B and retail technology markets.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with brand and lead generation goals
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research focused on systems, software, and relevant industries
  • Optimize existing website content and structure to improve rankings and user experience

Technical SEO

  • Perform regular site audits (crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, etc.)
  • Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and page load speeds
  • Work with developers to fix indexing, canonical, and mobile usability issues

Content & On-Page Optimization

  • Collaborate with content team to create SEO-optimized landing pages, blogs, and product pages
  • Write or review title tags, meta descriptions, alt text, and structured data
  • Identify and fill content gaps based on user intent and competitor benchmarks

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

  • Build a strong backlink profile through white-hat link-building strategies
  • Conduct outreach to relevant blogs, directories, and publishers retail space

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track performance
  • Generate and present SEO reports showing progress on rankings, traffic, and conversions
  • Monitor algorithm updates and proactively adjust strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS
  • Strong understanding of Google ranking factors, search algorithms, and keyword intent
  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Data Studio)
  • Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with content, dev, and marketing teams
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
