𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing & Digital Media Manager with atleast 2-years of experience to lead all aspects of our communications and digital presence. This role will drive brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth through effective marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and digital strategy. As a small business, we value multi-skilled professionals who can handle strategy, content creation, and execution hands-on.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

· Marketing Strategy & Branding

· Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

· Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.

· Research competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to refine strategies.

𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 & 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:

· Manage the company's presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

· Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, infographics).

· Run paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) and monitor ROI.

· Grow online communities and foster engagement with customers and stakeholders.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

· Manage promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.

· Develop blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and email campaigns.

· Collaborate with designers, videographers, or freelancers when needed.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵

· Identify and coordinate participation in conferences, exhibitions, and networking events relevant to the business.

· Plan and promote workshops, webinars, and digital events to engage target audiences.

· Build relationships with industry influencers and partners for co-marketing opportunities.

𝗪𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 & 𝗦𝗘𝗢 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

· Oversee website updates, ensuring accurate and engaging content.

· Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

· Track analytics and user behavior to improve conversions.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven experience in marketing and digital media, ideally in a small or growing business.

· Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

· Excellent communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal).

· Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.

· Ability to multitask and work independently with limited supervision.
