Night Shift (9 PM - 5 AM) Wednesday - Sunday

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Short-Term Rental Success Partner Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for guests and property owners, ensuring smooth operations, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Your goal will be to create memorable guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency for our property partners.

  • Knowledge of short-term rental platforms like Airbnb
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and customer service skills
