Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic
Credentialing Executive (Entry Level)

to start a career in healthcare credentialing and administration.

This role is designed for fresh graduates or candidates new to healthcare who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the credentialing team in preparing and submitting provider applications.

  2. Maintain accurate provider records and documentation in databases.

  3. Track application progress and provide timely updates to team members.

  4. Learn and follow credentialing workflows, policies, and compliance standards.

  5. Support audits and help generate basic reports as required.

Requirements

  1. Strong interest in healthcare compliance and provider operations.

  2. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.

  3. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

  4. Good communication and teamwork skills.

  5. Willingness to learn and take on advanced responsibilities over time.
