Position Overview

The Senior Executive Finance will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and compliant financial operations of the company, with a focus on Payroll, Vendor & Customer Payments, Financial Reconciliations, and Tax Compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely processing of transactions, and supporting the Finance Manager with financial reporting and audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll, including attendance and leave data collation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions.
  • Coordinate with HR to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Verify invoices and ensure timely disbursement of vendor payments.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collections.
  • Perform periodic bank reconciliations.
  • Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
  • Ensure accurate ledger postings and corrections as required.
  • Assist in tax assessments and audits.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and implement necessary updates.
  • Coordinate with auditors and prepare documentation for internal/external audits.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports as per management requirements.
  • Analyze variances and provide financial insights to aid decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • Minimum 03–04 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing, tax filing, and reconciliations.
  • Proficient in accounting software.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs90,000.00 per month
