Job Overview:

The Finance Executive will support day-to-day finance operations including processing transactions, updating records, assisting in monthly closing, and ensuring financial data accuracy. The individual will work closely with senior team members to learn financial processes, accounting practices, and reporting requirements of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily bookkeeping and financial data entry in ERP / accounting systems
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents, records and filing (physical & digital)
  • Support in accounts payables & receivables (invoice processing, vendor coordination, follow-ups etc.)
  • Assist in monthly closing activities (journal entries, reconciliations, accruals etc.)
  • Prepare basic financial reports / summaries as required
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash expenses
  • Support in tax documentation and compliance related work
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial information and approvals
  • Any other finance tasks assigned by the team

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting / Business
  • Fresh graduates OR up to 1 year of relevant experience
  • Good understanding of basic accounting concepts
  • Strong MS Excel skills (basic formulas, spreadsheets, data entry)
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and learning mindset
  • Good communication and documentation skills
