Data Analyst

Mission Statement

Responsible for strategic analysis of the market, assisting in providing necessary information in order to create alternative Route-to-Market (RTM) scenarios, complete & detailed cost analysis & package the solution into compelling recommendation deck for senior leadership review & alignment. Also provide assistance to Sales Support & RTM Manager in Data extraction and cleansing from various Sales Information Systems (BASIS/SAP/Voyage) to facilitate higher management in deriving meaningful insights that can be used for decision making alongwith centralization of key tasks across Pakistan.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Assist in Devising Premium System structure for both Distributor & Sales Team on yearly basis & ensure its payout alongwith its calculation as per recommended structure monthly
  2. Assist in Developing RTM Fundamentals to devise the right RTM keeping in view the geographical and technicals needs nationwide aligned with the Sales operations; track post implementation gaps as per defined RTM Fundamentals
  3. Track SFE & other RTM / MDM related KPIs for the whole country to identify the bottom performers and provide actionable insights to help RTM Executives improve the RTM scenario in their assigned territories
  4. Evaluate the value for each stakeholders with the help of finance i.e. margins, discounts etc in the whole chain; Develop benefit and cost analysis modeling post implementing any Route to Market Strategy to validate decision making process; Cover Effectiveness/Route Productivity Reports: measuring the effectiveness of outlet selection, routes efficiency and field force compliance to routes.
  5. Rectify the sales figures by identifying anomalies related to sales figures by highlighting Abnormal Calls, Sales Spikes, VPO Reconciliation on L12M etc
  6. Support Business Plan process with actionable insights to improve overall business KPIs
