Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tele Sales Executive (Inbound) to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in real estate sales or property advisory and be skilled at converting inbound leads into qualified prospects and eventual buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries from potential buyers and investors regarding residential and commercial properties.
  • Provide accurate information about property listings, pricing, location, amenities, and terms.
  • Qualify leads based on buyer requirements and budget.
  • Convert inquiries into appointments for property visits or meetings with sales team.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email until closure.
  • Update CRM with all lead interactions and status changes in real-time.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure timely responses and seamless lead handovers.
  • Stay updated with new property launches, market trends, and inventory changes.
  • Meet monthly targets for qualified leads, appointments, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1+ years) in Tele Sales or Customer Service within the Real Estate industry is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inbound calls.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with local property laws, real estate terminology, and documentation.
