We are looking for a Call Center Agent to assist customers with airline ticket reservations, flight information, and travel-related inquiries.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and confident in handling calls and emails professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls related to flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.

Provide correct information on fares, routes, baggage policies, and travel requirements.

Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) for reservations and ticket issuance.

Assist customers with refunds, date changes, and travel assistance.

Manage complaints or issues in a calm and polite manner.

Maintain accurate call logs and follow company procedures.

Achieve daily targets for calls, bookings, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (English verbal & written; other languages a plus)

Strong customer service and problem-solving ability

Knowledge of airline ticketing systems (GDS – Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)

Ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good listening skills and patience while dealing with customers

Attention to detail for accurate bookings and fare calculations

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
