We are seeking a Senior DevOps / Solutions Architect to lead the design, deployment, and management of cloud and Web3 infrastructure. You will architect scalable and secure systems, streamline deployments, and ensure compliance-grade reliability. This is a senior leadership role that requires a balance of hands-on expertise, architectural vision, and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Scalability
  • Design high-availability, multi-region architectures to support compliance-driven and Web3 platforms.
  • Deploy and optimize blockchain nodes, APIs, and data services with automated scaling and redundancy.
  • Define disaster recovery, load balancing, and SLA-based uptime strategies.
  • CI/CD & Infrastructure Automation
  • Lead the design of automated CI/CD pipelines for rapid and secure deployments.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) for environment consistency.
  • Standardize deployment workflows across dev, staging, and production.

Security & Compliance

  • Establish security frameworks for key management, data privacy, and transaction integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, AML/KYC).
  • Integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to ensure system observability.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior DevOps engineers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to design deployment-friendly infrastructure.
  • Drive cost optimization, resource governance, and long-term architectural improvements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Solutions Architecture.
  • Expertise in AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab).
  • Strong knowledge of Web3 infrastructure and blockchain node management.
  • Proven experience with compliance-focused infrastructure and secure system design.
  • Familiarity with financial security frameworks and key custody practices.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
