Role Summary

We're looking for a
Content Strategist
to help shape our brand narrative and drive effective content across all Clan Group ventures. This role involves planning, creating, optimizing, and governing content that elevates the brand, resonates with diverse audiences, and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform compelling content strategies.
  • Develop content roadmaps and editorial calendars aligned with company goals.
  • Audit existing content for consistency, relevance, and areas of improvement.
  • Content Development & Optimization
  • Craft and manage high-impact, SEO-friendly content across websites, blogs, social media, and campaigns.
  • Define and uphold editorial guidelines—including voice, tone, style, and accessibility.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize content to improve search visibility.
  • Governance & Process
  • Establish workflows for content creation, review, approval, and publishing.
  • Implement content governance practices to ensure long-term content quality and consistency.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
  • Work closely with marketing, design, telesales, real estate, web development, and apparel teams.
  • Act as the central hub for content—connecting strategy with execution and ensuring alignment across departments ).
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis
  • Use analytics tools to monitor engagement, reach, conversion, and other KPIs.
  • Report on content performance and refine strategy based on insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven ability in crafting strategic, audience-focused content across digital platforms.
  • Strong SEO knowledge and hands-on experience with content management systems.
  • Skilled in planning and managing editorial calendars and content workflows.
  • Data-savvy, with experience analyzing engagement metrics and refining content accordingly.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for brand tone and consistency.
  • Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
