Research and Development Coordinator

We are looking for a research and development coordinator to join our clients team at the Hub Plant. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate lab/project records, prepare reports, and support technical documentation.

  • Manage internal R&D systems (including specifications & SAP), ensuring accurate data entry and troubleshooting.

  • Assist in sample preparation, prototype testing, and provide technical support to ongoing R&D projects.

  • Identify process improvements, share best practices with global teams, and stay updated with lab safety protocols and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (relevant field).

  • 2–3+ years' experience in FMCG, preferably within an R&D environment.

  • Knowledge of lab safety protocols and best practices.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and related software for reporting and analysis.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
