The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Human Resource Executive
to manage and execute all HR functions, with a strong focus on
high-volume recruitment for our IT sales and marketing departments
. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the IT industry and be comfortable working an evening/night shift to align with our global operations and talent pool.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment (Primary Focus)
- Mass and Scale Hiring:
Strategize, plan, and execute high-volume recruitment drives to fill numerous positions across various levels, particularly within
IT Sales and Digital Marketing
roles. - IT Industry Specialization:
Utilize deep knowledge of IT roles (e.g., SDR, BDR, Account Executive, SEO Specialist, Digital Marketer) to craft accurate job descriptions, identify key skill requirements, and effectively screen candidates. - End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews, extending offers, and completing onboarding documentation. - Sourcing Strategy:
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
HR Operations & Management
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and off-boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees. - Policy Implementation:
Ensure all HR practices, policies, and procedures comply with local labor laws and company guidelines. - Performance Management Support:
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and maintaining employee records and databases. - Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues, ensuring prompt and confidential resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant focus on
recruitment-at-scale
. - Industry Expertise:
Mandatory experience working within the IT services, software, or technology industry.
Proven ability to successfully hire for complex sales and marketing roles in the IT domain is essential. - Shift Requirement:
Must be available to work Evening/Night shifts
to coordinate with international teams and access global talent pools. - Skills:
Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
