Human Resource Executive

Company Overview:
Lunar Furniture is a growing manufacturing and corporate organization specializing in modern furniture and interior solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive (Male) to support HR operations across both our office and factory setups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives
- Liaise between management and staff to ensure smooth HR operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and documentation
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60, Rs75,000.00 per month
