We're looking for energetic and motivated Outbound Sales Agents to join our international call center team and connect with clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound international calls to potential customers.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales over the phone.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in Outbound Sales, Telesales, Call Center, BPO, or Cold Calling (international campaign preferred).
  • Excellent English communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone).
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads efficiently.
