Role Overview
As a Sales Calling Agent, you will be the voice of our brand. Your primary mission is to connect with healthcare decision-makers across the UK to introduce our premium, customized apparel solutions. You will focus on building a pipeline of B2B clients while also following up on leads from our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound B2B Prospecting:
Identify and call Practice Managers, Care Home Owners, and Procurement Officers to introduce Flexwear's customized uniform solutions. - Lead Conversion:
Follow up on inquiries from our social media campaigns and website to convert interest into orders. - Consultative Selling:
Understand the unique needs of a clinic (e.g., color coding for different roles, embroidery needs) and recommend the best Flexwear products. - Account Management:
Maintain relationships with existing institutional clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction. - CRM Management:
Accurately log call outcomes and schedule follow-ups to ensure no lead is left behind.
Job Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years in outbound sales or telesales (B2B experience is a significant advantage). - Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written English. You must be able to speak confidently with high-level healthcare professionals and decision-makers. - Resilience:
A "thick skin" and a positive attitude toward cold calling and overcoming objections. - Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Pipedrive) and LinkedIn for prospecting.
