About the Role

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is an on-site role where you'll be making daily cold calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and closing sales. If you're confident on the phone and motivated by high commissions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound cold calls to potential customers.
  • Introduce and explain our company's services.
  • Build rapport and handle objections confidently.
  • Convert leads into successful sales.
  • Keep records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, cold calling, or telemarketing (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and motivated to succeed.
  • Ability to work on-site with the team.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
