Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close sales effectively. This role involves interacting with U.S.-based trucking companies, offering dispatch services, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential trucking companies and owner-operators.

Present and promote dispatch services to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

Experience in cold calling and lead conversion.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
