At Quaid Ventures, you will oversee and inspire our creative team to deliver outstanding and impactful campaigns. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, developing creative concepts, writing content, and handling social media along with the team, ensuring alignment with client goals, and ensuring that our projects meet expectations. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of talented individuals in shaping the visual and conceptual identity of brands across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, brand identity, and creative vision.

Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.

Oversee the development of creative concepts, ensuring alignment with client goals.

Provide direction to designers, writers, and other team members to bring concepts to life.

Conduct regular reviews of creative work to ensure high quality and adherence to briefs.

Foster a collaborative and positive creative environment, inspiring team members to excel.

Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into our creative processes.

Community Engagement & Growth, Content & Communication, Brand Advocacy & Partnerships

Analytics & Reporting, Internal Coordination.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a
marketing or advertising agency.

Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns and projects.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative concepts.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges creatively.

Ability to inspire and motivate a creative team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

A deep understanding of branding, design, and storytelling principles.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Good communication skills.
