As a Software Engineer IV - FE, you will be responsible for: 

• Design and development of advanced applications. 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features tailored for Humanity and workforce management clients. 
• Using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and APIs to build high-performing applications. 
• Understanding UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards. 
• Solving problems and improving application performance. 
• Staying current with emerging technologies and applying them to workforce management solutions like Humanity. 
• Performing other work tasks assigned by the Director or authorized personnel. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React. 
• Strong technical background in HTML 5, React, Redux, , MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SOA platform development environments including Web technologies. 
• 2–3 years of AWS Cloud development experience. 
• Understanding of the MySQL Server Database platform for supporting multiple product lines and environments. 
• Demonstrable experience in developing interactive, single-page web applications; apps with complex logic; lots of usage and no tolerance for errors. 
• Proficiency in cross-browser optimization: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Internet Explorer. 
• Ability to develop and interact with RESTful APIs. 
• Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills. 
• Proficiency with Git Version Control. 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Flexible attitude and strong commitment to quality. 
• Solid organizational and communication skills. 
• Hands-on experience with ES6 and Web Workers (a plus). 
• Previous experience working on SaaS projects. 
• Familiarity with Scrum methodology or other agile development processes. 
• T-shaped skills and interests. 
• Some experience with PHP, enough to understand the code and make minor changes. 
• Previous experience working on SaaS projects, ideally in workforce management or other enterprise solutions. 

 Nice to have: 

• Experience building scheduling, time-tracking, or calendar-based features. 

 Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
