Role Description

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate store staff to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely replenishment, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and verify inventory accuracy against system records.
  • Maintain proper documentation and assist in internal and external audit processes.
  • Ensure proper product display, hygiene, and store layout as per company standards.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Review daily sales reports and assist in setting and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Minimum
3–5 years of experience
in retail/store management (FMCG or cash & carry experience preferred)
inventory audit, internal audit, or stock management
within retail or FMCG sector

Strong understanding of
inventory control systems, stock movement, and shrinkage analysis

Knowledge of
FIFO, stock valuation, and inventory reconciliation procedures

Integrity, confidentiality, and compliance-oriented mindset
