  • Setting sales goals/targets (daily, weekly, monthly) for the store or region.
  • Planning and executing strategies to reach or exceed those sales targets.
  • Analysing sales trends and performance metrics to adjust tactics.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store(s). Ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Inventory management: stocks, replenishment, preventing stock outs or overstock.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety, store standards.
  • Budgeting and cost control: operating expenses, payroll, wastage, etc. Interview
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Handling customer complaints and service recovery.
  • Ensuring the store presentation, merchandising, visual display is attractive and aligns with brand standards.
  • Preparing sales reports, performance metrics, forecasts.
  • Analysing competitor activity, market trends, customer preferences.
  • Working with or supporting the marketing team on promotions, offers, product launches.
  • Ensuring proper merchandising and display of products in store.
  • Implementing procedures to reduce theft, fraud, and loss.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, safety and company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120, Rs150,000.00 per month
