Key Responsibilities:

●       Research and identify potential clients in need of IT/digital services

●       Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and directories

●       Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calls

●       Customize outreach based on prospect needs and industry pain points

●       Handle inbound leads from website, PPC, and social campaigns

●       Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines

●       Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track lead progress

●       Generate weekly/monthly reports on lead volume, quality, and conversion rates

●       Continuously test and optimize lead generation strategies

●       Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet targets

Requirements:

● years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or sales support (B2B IT/digital agency preferred)

●       Proficiency with LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing, and CRM systems

●       Scraping proficiency (platforms like Bark, Thumbtack, etc.)

●       Strong communication, research, and persuasion skills

●       Comfortable with outbound outreach and achieving monthly targets

●       Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Salesloft) is a plus

●       Knowledge of lead scoring and digital marketing concepts preferred
