Now Hiring Student Relationship Officer.

The Student Relationship Officer is responsible for ensuring a positive and productive relationship between students and the institution. This role focuses on supporting student engagement, academic administration, and student services to enhance the overall learning experience. The position plays a key role in managing student data, responding to queries, ensuring attendance and fee compliance, and coordinating student activities and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

The Student Relationship Officer will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining accurate student files and database records
  • Maintaining relevant noticeboards for exam timetables, events, academic success, and project information
  • Monitoring student attendance and controlling absenteeism through proactive communication and follow-ups
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with students
  • Responding to student queries promptly and updating records accordingly
  • Providing technical and administrative assistance related to the student portal
  • Coordinating and managing student activities, workshops, and seminars
  • Supporting fee recovery processes and achieving assigned collection targets
  • Managing student conduct and discipline on the floor during assigned time slots
  • Handling any additional responsibilities or tasks as delegated by the Center or Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Education, Management, or IT-related fields)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
  • Exposure to student management systems or portals is an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
