Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA and Deployment Incharge to lead our quality assurance and deployment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end QA processes, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Coordinate software deployment activities across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and client teams to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
  • Lead and mentor junior QA and deployment staff.
  • Prepare and present deployment and QA reports to stakeholders.
  • Address client concerns and provide post-deployment support when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA, release management, or DevOps coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and CI/CD processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding soft skills — communication, customer handling, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role due to client-facing responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure).
  • Understanding of automation frameworks and scripting languages.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs70,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
