Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic UK-based outbound call centre team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start or grow their career in the fast-paced customer service and BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain positive customer relationships by addressing concerns effectively.
- Follow provided scripts and call centre protocols.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor's preferred)
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus
