UAV Design

Design and assemble multi-rotor drones from the ground up.

Integrate and configure flight control software (ArduPilot, iNav, Betaflight).

Perform flight testing, calibration, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with the R&D team on innovative UAV solutions.

Create and modify surface-level CAD models for drone structures and components.

Utilize 3D printing technologies for prototyping and component fabrication.

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of 3D printers to ensure consistent print quality and uptime.

Oversee UAV operations and maintenance, ensuring consistent flight readiness and system reliability

Must-Have Skills

Solid understanding of multi-rotor drone systems.

Hands-on experience with flight controllers and tuning.

Good soldering skills for hardware assembly and repair.

Familiarity with embedded systems and avionics.

Experience with flight testing and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and their application in UAV prototyping.

Proficiency in maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of 3D printers.

Ability to perform surface-level CAD modeling using tools such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar.

Understanding of UAV operations, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

1–2 years of hands-on experience with UAVs (academic or professional).

Strong technical portfolio or project experience in UAV design, fabrication, and development.
