As the official national DJI Enterprise distributor, RARLON TECH delivers cutting-edge UAV solutions across agriculture, energy, security, and education. We are driving a strategic educational initiative to build a drone education ecosystem spanning K12, vocational, and higher education, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, CPEC initiatives, and leading universities in Pakistan.

With support from China's Luban Workshop model and ECO intergovernmental coordination, our goal is to establish Pakistan as a regional leader in drone education and innovation.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Education Cooperation Development Manager to lead the planning, partnership-building, and execution of national drone education programs. This role focuses on:

Building and managing relationships with universities, K12 institutions, and technical/vocational training authorities.

Coordinating with government departments including the Ministry of Education, TEVTA, NAVTTC, HEC, and CPEC-related entities.

Designing and implementing drone-related education programs from youth summer camps to university R&D platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage the China-Pakistan UAV Education Cooperation Development Plan.

Lead partnership development with schools, colleges, universities, and government institutions.

Coordinate national implementation of:

K12 drone summer camps, school clubs, and youth competitions.

Vocational drone training labs (Luban Workshops).

University-level drone research and industry integration programs.

Align with government strategies and funding mechanisms, especially under CPEC's science & education initiatives.

Engage with international stakeholders, including ECO and Chinese education bodies, for policy and resource support.

Represent the company at high-level education and government forums.

Required Qualifications

5+ years experience in education-industry cooperation, STEM education development, or public-sector education programs.

Strong network and existing relationships within:

Ministry of Education, HEC, TEVTA/NAVTTC, and relevant academic institutions.

CPEC education/technology cooperation projects.

Excellent skills in project management, stakeholder coordination, and inter-agency communication.

Proven experience in cross-border cooperation projects or international education programs is highly preferred.

Fluent in English and Urdu; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Preferred Background

Prior work experience with EdTech companies, government education bodies, international cooperation agencies, or Belt and Road/CPEC projects.

Familiarity with vocational education development, curriculum planning, and youth STEM engagement.

Knowledge of drone technology, AI education, or STEM curriculum integration is a strong advantage.
