Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the design team for all fire protection projects.
  • Design and develop complete fire protection systems including:
  • Fire Hydrant Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Fire Suppression Systems (Gas, Foam, etc.)
  • Fire Sprinkler Systems
  • Ensure all designs comply with 
    NFPA
    , 
    UL
    , and 
    FM
     standards.
  • Prepare technical drawings, hydraulic calculations, and system layouts.
  • Review and approve design submissions, drawings, and BOQs.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and quality control for the design team.
  • Stay updated with industry standards, new technologies, and design best practices.

Requirements

  • Education:
     B.Sc. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Experience:
     Minimum 
    10 years
     in fire protection system design.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Proficient in 
    NFPA
    , 
    UL
    , and 
    FM
     standards.
  • Hands-on experience with 
    HASS
     or other hydraulic design software.
  • Strong understanding of local building codes and fire safety regulations.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Must have own transport.
