Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in HR-related tasks such as maintaining and implementing HR policies, supporting employee benefits programs, documenting personnel records, and participating in employee engagement activities. Responsibilities also include assisting in recruitment processes, organizing training programs, and providing general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources principles, including HR Management, HR Policies, and Employee Benefits
  • Understanding of Personnel Management and practices in employee relations and development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software tools is a plus
  • Enthusiastic to learn and contribute in a dynamic HR environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or current enrollment in such a program
