Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled
Senior Sales Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting technical solutions, and driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and strong customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calls, and market research.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to design customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide post-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and support cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Chemical Or Mechanical Engineer
  • Minimum
    2-3 years
    of experience in
    technical or industrial sales
    .
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex products or solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
