Shift Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM / 9 PM – 6 AM

Job Summary:

The Active Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Upwork Bidder / Closer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1.5–2 years of proven Upwork experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals on calls.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, preparing persuasive proposals, negotiating terms, and building long-term business relationships for our Design and Development services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company profiles on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Identify, bid, and win relevant projects based on company capabilities.
  • Communicate with clients via messages and calls to understand requirements and close deals.
  • Draft customized project proposals and handle negotiations confidently.
  • Collaborate with technical and design teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth project onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 1.5 – 2 years of proven Upwork experience (bidding and client handling).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Design and Development services (Web, UI/UX).
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close international deals over calls.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized professional.
  • Availability for night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM or 9 PM – 6 AM).
