We are looking for a
talented and versatile 2D Artist
to join our creative game development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in illustration, UI/UX art, and character animation, along with the ability to create visually engaging game assets that elevate player experience. This role involves close collaboration with designers, animators, and developers to bring concepts to life through art and animation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality 2D artwork, including characters, environments, props, and UI elements.
  • Design and animate UI components to ensure an engaging and user-friendly player experience.
  • Develop conceptual drawings and sketches to visualize ideas and guide the art team.
  • Produce character animations and UI animations for gameplay and menus.
  • Collaborate with the art director, designers, and developers to maintain consistency with the game's vision and style.
  • Refine and polish artwork/animations based on feedback while meeting deadlines.
  • Optimize assets for seamless integration into the game engine.
  • Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to improve visual storytelling and user interaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Game Design, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a
    2D Artist
    in the gaming industry or digital media (portfolio required).
  • Strong skills in
    Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
    for illustration and design.
  • Proficiency in
    UI/UX design and UI animation
    .
  • Experience in
    character animation, conceptual drawing, and sketching
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
    .
  • Ability to adapt to different art styles as per project requirements.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
