About the role

Join ABS International's night-shift operations to ensure accurate data processing and database management. This is a stable, on-site role ideal for detail-oriented candidates seeking steady night-shift work and clear paths for growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data in internal databases and client systems (data entry / data processing).
  • Verify entries for completeness and high accuracy; correct inconsistencies.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems; support audits with detailed records.
  • Prepare routine reports and dashboards for management review (basic Excel reporting).
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve data quality and SOPs.

Must-have qualifications (clear)

  • Matriculation required; Intermediate preferred.
  • Typing speed 40+ WPM with strong accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (basic formulas, filtering; Google Sheets a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability for night-shift work.
  • Available Mon–Sat, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT and able to work on-site at Gulistan-e-Johar or Gulshan-e-Iqbal.

Nice-to-have

  • Prior data entry / clerical experience (1+ year preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM or database platforms and basic reporting.
