We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic
Business Development Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth in the niche of Design and Animation through strategic planning, relationship management, and exceptional client service on Upwork. This role comes with the responsibility to own a release target of $5K in revenue, and the candidate must have proven experience in acquiring and managing design and animation projects.

Job Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork within the Design and Animation niche.

· Establish, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

· Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, focusing on meeting the monthly release target of $5K.

· Create compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently and professionally.

· Work closely with the creative team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are adhered to.

· Provide regular progress updates to the management team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2+ years of experience on Upwork in Design and Animation projects, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing revenue targets.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.

· Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).

· Self-starter, with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

· Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

· A results-driven individual with a passion for growing businesses and achieving goals.

North Nazimabad, Block H, Karachi

Shift:
Night (9 PM - 6 AM) US Time Zone

Job Type:
Full-time (On-Site)

Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience on Upwork, specifically in Design and Animation projects.
