Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements.
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and reconcile accounts.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.
  • Support auditing and taxation processes.
  • Coordinate with management for budgeting and expense monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Other Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication, and organizational skills.
