Job Purpose:

To manage, monitor, and optimize the entire supply chain process from procurement, vendor management, and inventory control to cost efficiency and timely delivery across all Hamsun Hospitality branches. The role ensures that all goods and materials are procured ethically, delivered efficiently, and utilized optimally to maintain quality and cost balance across the group.

Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Develop and implement centralized procurement strategies for all branches (Hotels & Cafe).
  • Source reliable suppliers for food & beverage items, housekeeping materials, maintenance supplies, uniforms, and cafe products.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Maintain strong vendor relations and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
  • Conduct regular vendor audits in coordination with the Quality Control department.

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Oversee inventory levels across all branches, implement reorder levels and par stock systems.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to forecast demand.
  • Monitor stock movement through ERP or manual registers, ensuring zero shortages or overstocking.
  • Lead periodic stock audits and reconcile with storekeepers and branch accounts.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Supervise the delivery and distribution of supplies to Hamsun branches and Corti Cafe.
  • Plan efficient transportation and delivery routes to reduce lead time and wastage.
  • Ensure timely coordination between central store, suppliers, and branch teams.

Cost & Budget Control

  • Work closely with the Accounts department to align purchase budgets with operational needs.
  • Track purchase orders, compare monthly costs, and identify areas for savings.
  • Prepare cost-benefit analysis reports for management review.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all purchases meet the company's hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Maintain complete documentation of vendor agreements, purchase orders, and GRNs.
  • Follow internal SOPs and assist in policy development for supply chain efficiency.
  • Support sustainability practices such as reducing waste and sourcing eco-friendly materials.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Communicate regularly with branch managers, the cafe manager, and kitchen teams regarding supply requirements.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on inventory levels, supplier performance, and cost analysis.
  • Collaborate with HR for staff training on inventory handling and procurement procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: MBA - Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in supply chain or procurement, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry. Skills Required:
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • ERP or supply chain software knowledge (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Zoho Inventory)
  • Analytical mindset with budgeting and cost-control expertise
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Strong coordination and leadership ability across departments

Working Days: Monday till Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs70,000.00 per month
