Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Cold Call Specialist who must be fluent in Arabic . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage potential clients over the phone. Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.
- Clearly and effectively communicate our products/services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Document all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and phone systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B Sales ,Tele Marketing and Laeds generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call quotas.
