Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Caller based in Karachi. The Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to the company's products and services, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include researching leads, maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions, and following up with potential clients to nurture relationships. The Cold Caller will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong research and data entry skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in the technology industry is beneficial
