About Us

We are a growing creative agency specializing in branding, packaging, and digital design for international clients. Our team works on diverse design projects worldwide — from eCommerce packaging to UI/UX, web design, and marketing visuals.

We're now looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused Operations & HR Manager to oversee hiring, team coordination, and daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. HR & Recruitment


• Manage the full hiring cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding


• Maintain attendance, performance, and HR documentation


• Draft and manage NDAs, contracts, and internal policies


• Build a positive, accountable workplace culture

  1. Operations Management


• Oversee day-to-day workflow, attendance, and task tracking


• Manage Trello boards and ensure projects are progressing on time


• Coordinate with designers and ensure timely deliverables


• Provide weekly updates and reports to the founder

  1. Communication & Reporting


• Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly reviews


• Clarify roles, timelines, and expectations


• Prepare weekly performance summaries


• Help organize meetings and manage schedules

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree (Business, Management, or HR preferred)


• 2–4 years of experience in HR or operations management


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented


• Familiarity with Trello, Google Workspace, and Slack/Discord preferred


• Must be based in or near DHA Phase 2, Islamabad
