SMM : Social Media Manager (Intermediate Level)

Location: Islamabad / Lahore

Experience: 2–4 years | Full-Time

We're looking for an Intermediate Social Media Manager to lead and grow our digital presence — especially across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

This role goes beyond posting — you'll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that turn engagement into measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Events Manager.
  • Develop social media strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
  • Create and localize engaging English + Urdu content, including short-form videos.
  • Track KPIs such as Cost Per Lead, CPA, and ROI using analytics tools.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation — respond professionally to inquiries, comments, and reviews.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, , Jasper, etc.) to scale and refine content efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in social or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta platforms and paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and creative editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and basic SEO understanding.
  • Organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns.
