About the Role:

We are hiring a Business Development Assistant to join our on-site team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are confident, well-spoken, and eager to grow in the field of business development.

You don't need years of experience, just the right attitude, presence, and willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing:

Apply to relevant job opportunities on behalf of assigned profiles

Use CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and other documents provided by the team

Work across multiple job platforms under the guidance of the BD team

Maintain simple tracking sheets to record submitted applications

Follow daily and weekly outreach targets assigned by the BD lead

Coordinate with internal teams for updates – no direct interaction with clients

What we're looking for:

Candidate with basic understanding of online platforms

Strong attention to detail and task ownership

Comfortable using email, job portals, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp

Willing to learn and work under internal instructions

Well-groomed, punctual, and professional

No prior BD experience required – freshers are encouraged to apply

Location: Must be based near Bahria Town and have their own laptop.
