What You Will Do
  • Lead technical design and implementation of complex features and systems
  • Make architectural decisions that ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code
  • Drive engineering best practices and establish coding standards
  • Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical challenges
  • Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements and develop technical specifications
  • Contribute to planning and estimation processes for project delivery
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies and methodologies as appropriate
  • Lead technical discussions and design reviews
  • Ensure quality through rigorous testing and validation approaches
  • Contribute to system design documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident resolution when needed

What Qualifies You
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-8 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong technical expertise in one or more programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, etc.)
  • Experience designing and implementing complex, scalable software systems
  • Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices
  • Expertise in performance optimization and system scalability
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture
  • Proficiency with database technologies and data modeling
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication abilities and collaboration skills
  • Experience with full software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
