Key Responsibilities: 1. Instructional Delivery
• Deliver content-aligned, time-bound, and learner-centered lessons as per the monthly Scheme of Work (SoW).
• Incorporate Ed Teach's visual and digital pedagogy including PPTs, smart board/glass screen usage, videos, and recorded lectures.
• Ensure alignment of each lesson with defined learning outcomes and competency targets. 2. Lesson Planning & Curriculum Implementation
• Prepare weekly and daily lesson plans using standardized templates (with objectives, activities, reinforcement, and reflection).
• Modify instruction to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners using differentiated strategies.
• Integrate cross-curricular and value-based learning wherever relevant. 3. Assessment & Data Tracking
• Design and administer weekly, chapter-end, and monthly assessments.
• Maintain detailed, class-wise data sheets of individual student performance using Ed Teach's LMS or manual trackers.
• Identify and support students in need of remedial instruction. 4. Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain comprehensive academic files (lesson plans, assessments, reinforcement records, training logs, etc.).
• Ensure PEF audit readiness through complete and up-to-date record-
• keeping.
• Support the creation and submission of monthly progress reports and student evaluation summaries. 5. Digital Integration & Recording
• Prepare subject-based digital lessons in advance, using provided formats (recorded lectures, animated content, slides).
• Ensure timely submission of recorded sessions and compliance with studiobased content creation schedules.
• Use Ed Teach's learning management systems (LMS, file bank, and digital resource boards) regularly and accurately. 6. Professional Engagement
• Participate in monthly teacher training, in-house development sessions, and academic review meetings.
• Collaborate across subject teams to ensure integrated planning and effective classroom implementation.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the institution's vision and discipline framework. 7. Classroom Culture & Student Support
• Cultivate a safe, engaging, and respectful learning environment.
• Promote inquiry, creativity, and student voice during class time.
• Provide individualized support to underperforming students, including reinforcement and revision schedules. 8. Minimum Requirements:
• Education: Master degree in a relevant subject (Science, Math, English, Urdu, SST, Islamiat, etc.)
• B.Ed./M.Ed. or ALP-specific training preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years teaching in structured environments, preferably with digital or ALP experience.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Microsoft Office (Ms-Office)
• Canva Basic
• Content Management Tools (Preferred). 9. Core Competencies:
