About the Role

Mindrind is looking for a skilled and dynamic
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
with a strong background in
financial management, budgeting, and costing
. The ideal candidate will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring effective planning, analysis, and decision-making to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
  • Manage
    costing, pricing strategies
    , and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability across departments.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for business decisions.
  • Oversee audits, taxation, and coordination with financial institutions.
  • Implement cost control measures to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Guide and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Requirements

  • MBA in Finance / ACCA / CA or equivalent qualification.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in
    finance, costing, and budgeting
    roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Expertise in
    cost management, financial modeling, and ERP systems
    .
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.
