We're hiring a
CFO
who will act as the financial strategist of the Group — responsible for managing
cash flows, investor funds, audits, capital allocation, and financial discipline
across all subsidiaries.

You'll report directly to the Group CEO and work closely with project heads to maintain transparency, profitability, and investor trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a
    centralized finance department
    for all subsidiaries (Ecom Cluster, Kartzaar, DigUpAI, Ownership Mark etc.).
  • Manage
    monthly burn rate
    and ensure balanced cash allocation among refunds, operations, and growth.
  • Oversee
    fund-raising compliance, investor payouts, and debt reduction plans.
  • Develop
    financial dashboards, P&L statements, and cash-flow models
    to guide executive decisions.
  • Coordinate
    audits & legal compliance
    (SECP, HMRC, USA and UK LLC/Ltd structures).
  • Support valuation and equity dilution models for startups.
  • Implement
    budgeting and forecasting systems
    that support fast-moving startups while maintaining group governance.
  • Liaise with
    banks, family offices, VCs and investors
    across Pakistan, UK and GCC.
  • Introduce and maintain
    monthly investor reports & refund transparency systems
    .

Ideal candidate Profile:

  • 2–3 years of
    progressive finance leadership
    in startups, tech, or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience in
    financial modelling, cash-flow management and capital allocation
    .
  • Strong command of
    Excel / Google Sheets financial dashboards, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP
    .
  • Understanding of
    fundraising, equity dilution, and valuation strategies
    .
  • Familiarity with
    international holding structures (US LLC / UK LTD / SECP)
    .
  • High integrity, analytical discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to present clear financial narratives to investors.
  • Passion for startups and scaling emerging-market businesses.
