Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Order Taker at Chai o'Clock, located in Islamabad. The Order Taker will be responsible for interacting with customers, taking and processing food and beverage orders accurately, and delivering exceptional service. Additional duties include making recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and customer service skills
  • Basic Sales and upselling abilities
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing Training and skill development
  • Familiarity with Food & Beverage services and standards
  • Proactive attitude, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
