About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong software development experience to lead our projects from planning through delivery. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, guiding our development teams while making informed technical decisions based on your own coding expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of software development projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Break down business requirements into technical tasks for the dev team.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
  • Provide technical input in architectural and code discussions.
  • Maintain clear documentation and project status reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a software developer (JavaScript, Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, or similar).
  • 3+ years as a Project Manager, Technical Lead, or similar role in software projects.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).

Preferred

  • SaaS or product development experience.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Technical certifications like PMP, CSM, or Agile Practitioner.
