Key Responsibilities/Required Skill set:

  • To scrutinize, analyze and ensure completeness of consumer credit applications in compliance with bank's credit policy, SBP PRs and any other guideline communicated by line management from time to time before recommending the credit application;
  • To prepare RMG Comments Sheet/ Office Memo before recommending the credit application;
  • To input approval details and cross verification of information on system before authorization of Manager Consumer Risk;
  • To perform integrity check of applicant using available bank resources;
  • To ensure that TAT remains under defined levels and service standards are maintained;
  • To follow-up PDOs/Deferrals etc (where required) with the assistance of Credit Monitoring Team (RMG) and respective business teams;
  • To maintain up to date MIS for regular review of line management;
  • Responsible for respective audit observations and assist the line manager in coordinating with audit team for related observations and liaison with compliance team, as well as other groups for resolution of issues and smooth work flow;
  • Any other task assigned by the line management;
  • Should have strong analytical, critical thinking and multi-tasking skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure, problem solving and decision making skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of risk management methodologies;
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations and other banking policies, procedures.

Qualification:

Preferably Master or Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Banking & Finance or equivalent qualification from HEC Recognized university/Institute.
