We are looking for services of a "Account Officer" for our Production House. (Location Taxila, Pakistan)

Qualification must be Having 7 to 10 years experience and knowledge of accounting software like quick book / MS Office.

  1. Financial Recordkeeping**

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payment details.

* Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented.

  1. Accounts Payable and Receivable**

* Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

* Track incoming payments, issue receipts, and follow up on overdue accounts.

  1. Budgeting and Reporting**

* Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

* Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making.

  1. Compliance and Audit Support**

* Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

* Prepare documentation and assist auditors during internal or external audits.

  1. Payroll and Taxation Support**

* Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.

* Support tax filing processes by maintaining accurate records of deductions and payments.

6.Client and Vendor Relations**

* Maintain effective communication with clients and vendors regarding financial transactions.

* Resolve billing discrepancies and handle financial inquiries.

  1. Cash Flow Management

* Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.

* Suggest improvements for cost control and financial efficiency.

  1. System and Process Management**

* Use accounting software to record and manage financial data.

* Recommend and implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
